That is right.  If your order is at least $9.99, you qualify for Free Shipping with Tracking (so long as you are Domestic ~ $30 for those across the sea).  

  That does mean though that if your measly order is less the $9.99? It means that your order will be relegated to vast unknown of First Class Stamp.  That's right, you will have to wait 3 to 5 business days and the post office won't even let you know it has arrived.  Alternatively, you will have option to front the cost of shipping with tracking.  What does this mean?  Let's say you buy 2 Ammo Can Decals for $2.09, you then tack on approx. $3.99 Shipping for a total of $6.08 approx. OR you can buy 10 Ammo Can Decals for $9.99 + (Free Shipping).  

My Reasoning...

  Now that is a pretty steep price for a 2 pack I know, but let me tell you why.  Everyone and I mean everyone expects a tracking number and to be entirely honest, I don't blame you.  I expect it too.  I also like being able to check up on the progress of my shipment.  But when selling high quality decals at a decent price, its hard to afford USPS tracking.  So I would prefer to sell a couple more ammo can decals and be able to eat the cost of shipping then to ship orders via USPS and not know when and if my customers receive them.  As some of you will still want to buy a 2 pack regardless, I will give you the option but I urge you to just buy a couple more ammo cans and I will provide you free shipping too...(so long as you're domestic).

  Those across the sea, you unfortunately cost more to ship to (with tracking).  What does this mean for you.  Well, you can buy $30 of ammo cans and I will eat the shipping and handling OR you can buy less and I will provide you the best USPS rates I can. Which unfortunately is still pretty high.
